Hey..
Well the interior was a month project since I was working 60 hour weeks in january. I painted the air vents , center console, stereo trim , door handle trim, door arm rest trim, lighter console deal. Then each item was given a good wet sand (2000) and washed with a dish soap to remove all the grease. I soaked each piece in really HOT water to help remove any deposits before hand. The colour I used was 421 silver from Plasti-Kote and applied there adhesive promotor first. Each item recieved about six coats of paint and 3 clear coats. Everything dryed for about a week and then I assembled it.
The guages , steering wheel console where done 2 weeks ago with the same process as above. Everything has turned out great so far and looks good and feels smooth too!!!! I wondered if anyone HAS painted plastic stuff under the hood and how it turned out??
Hope this is what u wanted
