Smile 2005 Civic EX SE stock coup

Just got this for free from a friend, cylinder 1 dead no spark. Appreciate any tips on how to mod this badboy can't wait.

Nice score, try swapping the coil to a different cylinder and see if the code moves

It had all new coils and 6441 plugs installed so I tested the signal wire and got nothing. The ECU had continuity, but was also dead. She couldn't wait for the parts and went and bought a new car.

6441 plugs are NGK? What brand is the coil?
if the ecu is dead, the alternator bolts are most likely stripped/loose

Yes and not sure, but swap out is okay. Timing belt is on the asap list so you must be right. 149k never been touched, but well maintained.

Alternator belt is different than the timing belt. Not sure what you're trying to say

Yes, was going to check the bolts when doing the TB and change them anyways. I'll let you guys know what happens.
