Solid deal my dude. Can't wait to see what you got planned for her. How many kms on the clock?
252k km (156k miles). Decent maintenance records to go with it, too. Having a real hard time deciding between going low and fast or lifted and utilitarian.

carry on with the CRV talk. Save for the minor dents and dings, really clean, especially for that $900CAD price tag. You can always build for performance then figure out the suspension stuff later. Then again. Fast vs torquey is something you'd have to consider.

100%. As the day goes on, I'm starting to lean towards fast and low. I might try to find something more capable off-road in the future. Thanks for the comments :-)
Wrote this up, if anyone wants to follow along. We'll have to see what changes and how far I actually get with this lol. Many, many components still to be decided.
If you're interested in making the AWD more capable you could look into pinning the rear diff clutch packs then swapping the driveshaft to a Range Rover Freelander with a viscous coupler. This would make the rear engaged all the time but the VC would still allow tight turns without binding. Extremely popular upgrade when people AWD swap Civics with CRV parts.
Was doing some minor maintenance on the 370 today and decided that the CR-V could use some love as well. Crossing my fingers that I'll be able to see further than 10 feet ahead of myself at night now. Not much else has been done; I added some oil dye to the crankcase about a week and a half ago to see which gaskets need to be done when I re-seal the engine. That is all, enjoy the rest of your respective days :-)
