Hey all, as stated this is my first Civic its a Civic Hatchback 1.5L Turbo. I just bought it about a week ago and I have officially started to plan how I want the car to look. As of right now all I want to do is change the badges and make them black and eventually get rid of the chrome on the window trim.. I have never really thought of modding my cars so I don't really know much. I would like to stick to exterior and interior mods before I do any performance mods. I am also open to any ideas you all might have to make my car look pretty ****ing good.
Yo, if you got a hatch, you shouldn't have any chrome. Should be piano black or matte black
Only thing not factory on mine is the carbon fiber vinyl wrapped pillars on my 18 hatch
In any case, welcome! If yours has chrome for some reason, I'm gonna be vinyl wrapping my roomie's 18 ex-t coupe's window trim. I'll post up how that goes.
Edit: sudden realization that the sport trim is piano black, and that may not be the case with lx/ex trims, but I thought all the chrome that appears on the coupe/sedan was piano black. If you do have chrome, and you don't wanna vinyl wrap, you can always buy the sport trim stuff and install that. There are, what, 2 screws and lots of adhesive holding it on
