Wow, you sir, have a very very low car. That's insane.
And what a great transformation. You've obviously put a lot of time and money into this car so your love for the car truly shows.
This thread is inspiring to all of those who tend to lose hope in their EM2s after a while. Cuz it's not like anything you do will make it worse

Re: Dean Sanchez's Build Thread
Thanks a lot guys, still need a few things on my build to be "complete" lol I love this car too much to sell it or trade it. I hope it will inspire people to keep their EM2s cause it is discouraging at times during a build when you think you will never complete it.
LowLife9 I liked the stretch way better with the 512s but since they don't make 205/40 anymore I was forced to get 912s. 512s stretched a lot better, I think the best stretch than any other tire. The thread width was 6.9 inches compared to 7.3 inches on the 912s.

Thanks!
Appreciate it! My advice to you: Don't get discouraged, just keep building.

I'm amazed by the time and money that has gone into your build. I'm mainly a stock guy, but I love seeing what can be done with these cars. Your catalog of pictures tells a great story. Keep it up, man!

Maybe in the future haha, but for now I am planning to get new wheels and few other small things. I am keeping the car (never gonna sell it), but saving to get an e46 m3 in a year which will be my new project.

Re: Dean Sanchez's Build Thread
Just a little update. I bought a double din and Megan Racing muffler that I turned into an axleback. Still waiting for the wheels I ordered, hopefully they will be here in March.
Pioneer AVH-X2500BT
Love this thing so much!! USB, AUX, Bluetooth, Pandora, DVD player... so many useful features lol This is my first double din stereo. I also installed a back up camera that has night vision, really pleased with the stereo and its features as well as the back up camera. Well worth the money IMO. BTW I am not missing any of those rectangles that cover up the holes next to the 12v outlet, it just looks like its missing in the pic lol
Here is the megan racing muffler I purchased. I stand by Megan Racing now that I have a quite a few of their parts on my car.(Coils, LCAs, Camber Kit, Strut Bar, and now Muffler) Good Quality parts for good prices.
And here it is on my car.
Last things on the build list are Megan Racing Header, Megan Racing Roll Center Adjuster (Maybe), mild wire tuck and Type R rear lip. Other than that I am basically done with my build, pending my rims. I am content with where my car will be at this summer and as soon as I graduate in the winter semester, I will be getting a E46 M3 and starting a new build. Might K-Swap in the future, but I know I will be spending a lot on building an M3 so k-swap is just a thought for now.
