On to my next problem... my car will be going lower in january.. my 3" pipe is already scraping out the *** but it is as close to the bottom of the car as i can get it without it actually touching... the lowest point of my exhaust pipe is lower than my front lip..

Can't help you much there.
I've got 2.5" and it's also been modified to sit as close to the floor pan as possible. I'm not even very low, but my exhaust scrapes most speed bumps and bad driveways.
