painted tails black: +10hp
put 2 stickers on side window AND 2 stickers under hood: +10hp

Jesus people, i forgot my phone at my friends house and thats where the pics were lol.

I put them in, difference is pretty big, the LEDs are SO much nicer! BUUUT the left one isn' working so i'm going to switch them around see what the problem is. Hopefully the LED isn't defective, i don't want to wait another 2 weeks lol. Pics will come, sorry lopes and kenny

This was taken in the day, just to show lopes what it looks like lol, i'll take one at night when i can, please don't comment on how dirty my car is lol, i haven't cleaned it in forever, going to do that today xD

Question also: I have a 2003 civic ex, in the front i have the passenger light, the driver light, and then one in the middle. Are they all the same type of bulb or are the ones on the side different? I'm going to get the outter two red and the one in the middle white to match my dash, unless that would look gay? lol

They are all T10 wedges
except for the rear dome, which is a festoon light

You can buy a pair of reds for the sides, and a pair of whites, one for the middle, and one to put in the trunk, theres a T10 light in there too

Lol for $1 it's a little thing that i know is there and looks a lot better +rep to you kenny for your help, i'm ordering red and white ones for my map lights as we speak

Update: July 30th 2011 - Replaced Cabin Air Filter, LED Reverse lights, Rear Lip

Replaced my cabin air filters because they were dirty as hell... my a/c smelled like crap but now the smell is gone! Threw in the LED reverse lights that kenny told me to do, and put on a rear lip thats been sitting in my garage for about a month... i also have type-a skirts but i want to repaint them before i put them on so thats coming later.

Oh wow, it actually doesnt look bad with tinted tails

How do you like the light output of them?
(Btw, people, i realized after i got into photography, that the blueness of the lights is just the white balance being off, they actually should be pretty white)

Honestly i haven't noticed the light output, i'm too busy staring at the sexy whiteness of them lol. I'll check when i can, i really got these because white looked nicer, i never really "used" my reverse lights. I was surprised how bright they were through the tint, i'm very satisfied

Haha you might aswell make me an itinerary and list everything i do to my car and when because everything you've said to me so far was the next thing i did. But i'm having trouble deciding whether i should take the badges off, or paint them black

More like it engaged and you accelerated so fast you travelled back in time.

It would make sense that it does though, I know vtec engagement points can be changed on a tuneable ecu and I think set differently by gear, but stock I think it just hits at the same rpm in every gear including reverse.

how long have you guys had these leds i bought a set of chinese led licence plate lights and they lasted about 7 days.

Well, according to my LED thread a while ago, that was 6 months ago...

They're still going
I've had LED in my license plates for 1+ year hasnt blown yet

LED's have a MUCH longer life span than other types of bulbs, So i suspect your right on this one yet again kenny :P 7 days just sounds wrong.

especially if it's multiple SMD's. Must be a wiring issue between them otherwise just the bad one would be out. Probably just got a bad one.

You got to keep in mind, these are made in china, and for $1 a pair, you're prolly bound to run into a bad egg

You can probably buy the legit $15~20 ones, and still run into a bad egg, only difference is, they'll prolly replace it for free, and the bad egg rates are probably a lot lower
(Though, some that charge this price, are probably made in the same factory as the $1 pairs)

I'll stick with my cheap chinese $1 LEDs lol, i meant i hope they don't die on me anytime soon but if they do it's a $1, at least i won't feel like i'm being ripped off like i would if i bought a $15 one lol

Now r u also talking about taking the Honda emblem off? Wouldn't that leave 2 holes? i saw a prelude with the H off today and there were just two holes in the back of his trunk it was bugging me lol
