Sorry if I make anyone mad for asking but I looked and I couldnt really find what i was lookin for lookin through some threads.
But, What I am loosing/gainging from just getting just adjuable coilovers to full coilovers? I wanna lower my car and have it adjuable for winter and everthing but do I really need full coilovers if I dont ever plan to make it too fast?

id get full coils. they are less of a hassle to deal with.
when you say non-full coilvers im sure u mean sleeves.
ground control makes the best sleeves...but u still gotta buy the strut.
the problem with sleeves is that they dont fit onto the tube 100% and will figit around somttimes.
in the end, ur only gonna be saving maybe a 100 if most if u choose the "non full-coilover"
tein basics are great. the springs arent too stiff. its a great balance between handling and ride.

first off, im runing on Ground Control and Koni yellows. they are an excellent combo but over the years (its my DD as well) i stated to hear a clunk-ing sound on the driver right strut/spring. turns out my GC "sleeve" was getting a lil loose.
if u plan on "slamming it" (my car is dropped 4" so im pretty low), i would get full coilovers.
if u get the sleeves, you will need to get REALLY good struts (like koni yellows) or else you'll blow ur OEM strut out.... and no, tokico blues will not do the trick because they're only safe to drop about 1-1.5" before they'll blow out.
what is your "budget"

also, save money for a camber kit + alignment.
or else you'll
1. eat through tires
2. waste more time installing camber kit later (install camberkit+coils to save time)
