Emjay I always heard B series should be sleeved specifically the B20 because of the thin walls. I wouldn't say its a rule of thumb for all Honda's.

Clutch dumps FTMFW!!!!!
The cause of Andy's mishap was operator error. Rumor has it he was stuffing his face with Cheetoos and Pop Rocks while working a Ford Tempo on I-10. Shot cheese out of his noise onto the shift pattern so he couldn't see where 4th was when he shifting.

you know what, i heard exactly the same thing too clint!
in all honesty though, shifting from the top of 3rd into 2nd and NOT blowing something through his block like a piston or rod is pretty dam impressive. He only bent 2 valves if i remember correctly.

I did the same thing last year and only bent the exhaust valves. It's quite easy to do in our civics. My next car will have the shifter so tight it will be tighter than virgin's B hole.

You sir, are a ****ing retard. Car was down for all of 3 days.
Your machinist is a moron, don't listen to anything else he tells you.
And you're a *****, so shut the **** up.
I'll give details. I was working a 400 whp evo on my pump gas tune. I got to the top of 3d and was about to shift to 4th and blow past him and I let the clutch out before completing the shift, missed 4th, went to 2d, let out the clutch (obviously not realizing it was in 2d) and dropped 2 exhaust vallves. The block is fine, rods are fine, crank is fine. Head was damaged, valves were gone obviously and I damaged 2 pistons. The car was running again within Wednesday of the following week. Already got the parts together to start rebuilding again.
To be honest, I don't give a **** if something breaks. I can always build a new motor. It's a pita and a bitch, but you can't play hard if you can't afford to do it all over again, it's the name of the game. Deal with it.
