I have alot going on with my car right know. i just got my lip kit i am also in the process of lowering it and getting my windows retinted who ever owned it before me put some cheap tint and now it is purple and driving me crazy.i am a little worried about the removal of the rear window tint anyways stay tuned!

i was always curious, did they just get it tinted purple from day 1, or was it over the years the black faded to purple?

and yes, if i were you i would get that **** redone, purple tint looks terrrrrible, but your best bet is getting a shop to do it, alot of people think its not that tough, then they realize that they have tons of glue remaining on their windows after and cant get it off, its better to leave it to the professionals

yes they faded to purple. i have done tint removal once and your right it is the worst thing ever.

removing tint is easy, all you need is a straight razor blade. Score a cut down the middle, then pull tint off, then scrape glue off window, I did it like a week ago.

i remove tint all the time its easy depending on its age. Old old old tint will give you hell. so you usually have to do the amonia and garbage bag trick. Other wise you'll be fine with a razor blade
