whelp, I'm new to the forums..Always end up finding my self on a bunch of different Honda forums :P

I got my car July 2nd 2006, after a 3-4 month wait.
well, lets see my progress..its not much but meh.

The Day after i got her:


Then in the winter when i got my new Camera..and had the HFP lip kit installed


Once it got nicer out, i was like "Hey i wanna do something.."
Removed the "Civic"


Didn't stop the free mods yet! Also waxed with the ICE wax and clay bar.
Also relocated the license plate


Well, you know..I needed a little more..

Now, i'm just waiting for some more money to roll in so i can do some more stuff..

I thought i had more pics, but i guess thats all it. I need to wash my car and take some new pics. Right now this is what my car looks like :P



Well? What do you think? My first car..Got her when i was just about to turn 17..(now 18)..and before anyone flipes I am paying for the monthly payments, insurance, and gas unlike some lucky people :P

I kick myself in the ***** every day because I could have afforded one of those and instead I am paying a 5 yr for a 2002 LX lol. I still love my car though :-P Most of the people that come to the local meets are 8th gen SI. First time I have seen the lip kit though

christ, what kinda' intrest you paying on the monthly's, after it's all said and done, how much will you have paid for the car?

I'm 17, got my 2003 Si given to me by parents, I cover all gas, insurance, repairs. Props to you though.

Not sure what the interest was..my dad handled all that..But i put 8200 Down, and paying 325~ a month..i think the total came out to be 22k-23kish.


I wish i looked around more. I love my Si, but as i look at it now i could have waited had more money for a down payment and tried to get a MS3..

that is a good chunk you put down. Obviously you are smart. I got my Lx out of an emergency. I was ignorant to Honda's and their trim levels. I got my 2002 for 14 after add ons and extended insurance with 0 down. I am paying around what you are though cause my interest rate is like 10% lol. Enjoy the car. It will be another 9 or so years until I get my next Honda.

Not to sure..Right now i'm looking into some wheels..

Parents are gay about perforamce mods..I had to fight with my dad to let me get the Cat back Exhaust..

But i think ima do wheels, then Full coils..I wanna track my car. but idk yet

nice car man! most peoples first cars go to **** but i wish you luck one question though, if you pay for everything why do your parents have any say whatsoever as to what you do to it 0__o

Cause in a weird way, my dad controls my funds..He knows how much i have in my bank account so i don't really know cause hes just taking money out for everything..

But i always take about $40 out of my paychecks and put the money to the side..right now i'm $200 shy of the rims i want.

I was going to do the Race header, but he said no because i'll be running no cat.

Im 16 and just got a 04' Civic Lx sedan. It is my first car. My parents said whenever I graduate high school, they would get me a new civic Si. My dad won't let me do anything to my car either. He controls my money as well. Nice car though. Ill have one like you soon.
