Listen if u want the correct way to run a ROTM go to ephatch.com they do it the correct way and should mimik that way.

I made that .gif Jon put in his post (nice plug, Jon!) Sure I'll do a banner. I got my feelings hurt when Jon called me a loser and asked if I did the first one in MS Paint, but other than that I'm pretty easy about those things.
