Here is what I was thinking; I would like to have kind of the same time line as last year.

Friday night we all meet at Wal-Mart @ 7:30. The Wal-Mart is located about 1 ½ to 2 miles north of the track. I can’t remember the exact address but Supermex and a few others might remember better than I do. We considered meeting at the track last year but if this is your first time going to the Atlanta Motor speedway, you might not know your way around well enough to locate everyone. The parking lot is huge.
After we do the initial meet and greet we all go get something to eat. Last year we all went to Hooters and I am all for going there again this year. We had a blast! The only thing is – lets try and eat a little sooner this year. As I recall I wasn’t in bed until like 1am that night and that makes Saturday morning even tougher.
Saturday morning we need to meet back at Wal-Mart between 6:00 an 7:00. I vote for 6:30 to 6:45, I like my sleep. It will be important that we meet Saturday ON TIME although if we don’t get there at 7, we will still be fine, plenty of parking.
Sunday morning I believe we should follow the same schedule as Saturday but maybe a little later, maybe 8am. Sunday is always much more laid back and some of the contestants don’t even come back and others don’t park in the same location. I know some members will be going out Saturday night (me too maybe) so wakening up early is not an option (yea I know I was late on Sunday last year, but I was sooo tired!).

Let me know how this sounds to everyone and I am open to feedback on this.
Also, if someone has a final list of people that are going and the phone numbers that would be great. Just PM me if you do.
