dam u did get a steal...that thing is nice. ur headlights are all shiny and new. uve got a lip kit basically. looks really nice. NOW DONT F*** IT UP...mine used to be nice n clean liek that...be really careful how u mod ur car. do not run out and buy the first pair of altezzas or get the first set of 18" chrome rims u see or anything like that. please be careful. lol

Re: My New Ride (56K Warning)
thanks all! anyway, what do you guys think are some good tire sizes? there will be no drop at first, but i want tires that will look good/aggressive without a drop at first, and look even better with a drop at a later point? would 205/55/17 look good, or too 4x4?
I wil fix vBPlaza today

Re: My New Ride (56K Warning)
like they all said...def get a drop first.....then decide on the rims.......If your looking for a 1.5'' Drop all around, get the Tein S-Techs.....I have those...they are a great drop....not too low...but just enough........

Re: My New Ride (56K Warning)
ok sounds good. so 35% is just useless? and did you do it yourself? o and by the way, i also have a 5spd mini cooper available to me. thats just as fun to drive.
Re: My New Ride (56K Warning)
ive got a good set of altezzas that has got your name written all over them, and they can be yours for $35!!!!!!
, seriously though good looking ride. wish i could have gotten that nice of a car for a first. congratulations
Re: My New Ride (56K Warning)
i'll give u $50 to throw those altezzas in front of a bus?
do yourself a favor and dont do the tint yourself just to save a few bucks well im not sure how much tint runs where you live but out here in cali i got my whole car done for $120 at 20% and it has a liftime warranty so if i ever have any problems with the tint they'll redo it for free(just gotta keep the reciept.(i think i already lost mine
))and i think just to get all the stuff u need to do your windows is gonna run u like 60-70 and with the sides already on i think the s-techs would look really nice.
Re: My New Ride (56K Warning)
**** ..thats the best deal i seen so far.. i would have pay my car long time ago if i had that deal..damn now all you have to do is drop it and its clean..

Re: My New Ride (56K Warning)
very nice. i love the OEM spoiler on 7th gens. don't get black or gunmetal rims. both are severely played out and they look like garbage on a silver car. polished lip or not. 9 out of 10 times i see black rims with polished lip is on a grocery-getting SUV with a soccer mom driving it. you can never go wrong with silver or polished alloy. they're classic. like chrome mags on any 1960's era car. don't bother with an exhaust unless you're going turbo. any engine mods are a waste on 7th gens unless you go turbo.
oh, and i differ from the masses on rims and drops. i think a drop with stock rims and hubcaps is about the dumbest looking thing you can do to your car. i say rims first, then drop. rims can make any car look better. a drop with plastic hubcaps looks like garbage. to me, that looks rice. that's my opinion though.
