Ok....so after getting my tail whooped at the track by every car......I was happy to see what the mailman brought me today.....my RSX Type-S 19mm Rear Sway Bar WITH Energy Suspension bushings....not 1 set, BUT 2 SETS.....I bought it off of a clubrsx.com member for $40 SHIPPED FOR THE WHOLE DEAL.....I got a great deal, since I know just the bars alone go for 60-80 normally.....I took some pics....enjoy

HAHAH...welll, I didnt have any REAL problems...except one HUGE stupid mistake that was quickly fixed....me and my roommate were trying to put it on and we ended up putting the bar on backwards like IDIOTS...soo, after I got it off the jack...the back end of my car was like a 4x4 because all of the weight was resting on the bar and my rear subframe...sooo, after I took it for a ride and it bounced around like I had blown struts, I came and back and looked at my roommate and said we def put this on backwards....lol...we quickly fixed it....That was the only real problem....smoothe other than that

I had teh same problem...dont sell the bar......Heres what to do
Use the allen wrench and an adjustable wrench...you need to push the allen wrench in tight...make sure you keep the whole endlink completely still and just turn away little by little....it would be ALOT easier if you had another set of hands that would hold the allen wrench while you try to turn the nut off...
I am use stock endlinks since I only have 40k on my car....let me know if you have any more questions

you just gotta keep at it...the driver side one took about 25 minutes to get off...use alot of WD-40 before you get at it........it should come off after a while...just make sure the endlink is not moving at all, otherwise its just wasted effort......

My endlinks were rusted on as well. I ending up cutting the damn nuts off and ordering new endlinks from Majestic. Needless to say I'm not known for my patience. But since you can't hit them with a torch - rubber and plastic seals + heat = mess on the floor (trust me on this!), that's your only other option. Especially if you round out the damn allen key holes.

My front endlinks were like that when I replaced my stock 15.9mm front sway with an 02 DX 25.4mm sway...It took us 2 hours to take off nuts and we ended up stripping both of them in the process...I almost said screw and and just cut the endlinks and buy new ones from the local Honda dealership....I just ended up buying the new nuts.....

it gave me problems as well.. took me three tries. then i did a lil trick to help.
i used a bar(i used the bar that u use for the scissor jack) and rested one end on the control arm while holding the other end with my hand. i made it so that the allen key would rest on that bar and turned the nut with a wrench. so, the allen key stayed in place while i turned the nut. It was way easier this way since i didnt have to hold that damn allen key which ****ed my hand up. hope this helps

sounds like a plan....I dont think nuts cost too much anyways.....its worth it....this bar is amazing...I tested it out today around some curvy roads near my apartment, I can easily take turns at least 10 mph faster...I love it...so much more stable.....

Yeah, just keep the front sway....its 15.9mm. your rear is 12mm. Swap the rear for either a 19mm RSX Type-S (02-04) or a 21mm RSX TYPE-S (05-06) or you can be bold and get a JDM ITR 22mm (which can be found on ebay for 70 shipped). I made the mistake of swapping my front sway for the 25.4mm 02 DX bar and I had sooo much understeer until I swapped in the 19mm rear sway. now it stays more neutral in the turns, with only a slight bit of understeer, which I can deal with.
