Okay- can someone tell me how the word gay relates to a set of lambo doors? I can hardly imagine the doors are happy or homosexual. Or has something happened with the automotive industry parts of vehicles have both emotions and sexual preference?

Now that I have that off of my chest- I think the car is clean, both figuratively and literally. And the Lambo doors are a slick little mod on an otherwise unsuspectable car, wouldn't suspect it on something so mild. Grats on installing it yourself.

Honestly I don't know what most of these guys problem is with the Lambo Doors, I wouldn't get lambo doors but I must say that your car is pretty clean compared to most cars I see. You have that stock look which I like. on the ride man.

Got a question for you guys with the lambo doors... Did you have to roll the edges of your fenders? Or did everything fit perfect once you were fine tuned? I'm asking because I LIKE the lambo doors, but I'm kind of afraid of them. I have the CF fenders, which basically has a fiberglass shell underneath. If the lambo doors require the fenders to be rolled, it's out of the question. Also, if they come off alignment a lot let me know, I'd hate to close one one day and it smake the side of my fender and send a crack up the side. Thanks for any info about the install and maintenance on these things.

How is that funny? It's common sense, Im pretty sure 95% of people with 7thgens put there Change/Wallet/Cellphone and all kind of other **** in side of there doors... and if the doors are going up almost 90 Degrees in the air, im pretty sure some **** is going to fall out and it would be a pain in the *** to sit there and pick up all of your **** everytime you get out of your car. I think it would be a pain in the *** to get in the habit of not storing anything in the doors. But whatever... Lambos are still stupid.

Well...luckly...I don't put stuff in my door. My cell phone is either in my pocket or in the center console, change is in the Change tray, and my wallet is in my pocket. Nothing goes in the side of the door because i like to keep my car looking clean and not like I just put crap everywhere. As for the doors being "homosexual"...I get more complaments from girls on how "hot" it is than anything else. NOBODY i've talked to in person says..."Oh man, your doors do that? That's RETARDED". I just get "that's the coolest thing ever." and "that's AWESOME" and "How does it do that...did you do that yourself" and "what kinda car is that". So, whatever you may think about them, "Gay" or whatever...I just think they're pretty cool...

dont get me wrong the car is clean and looks real nice but the doors take away from it.. if you must have them you have to atleast lower it get sum wheels and a paint matched lip kit .

The problem with that is by saying that you're implying everyone on the board is agreeing with you. Plenty have said they liked his car, some have said it's not their thing, but still said nice job. Some have said they don't like it.

Everyone does their own thing with their car, just like your opinion comment. Some try to stand out, some do the same as everyone else so they can hear everyone say that their car is great. You're the later. I looked at your car. Aside from the carputer, it's not that great. The rims are plain. Your interior was nicely blacked out, until you put that big *** red honda logo steering wheel on there. Just because they do it in Japan, doesn't mean it's cool here. That's a myth people. People told you it's nice because you didn't go out on a limb at all to make it something different. I guess your car is different, just like everyone else's?? Don't be rude, offer your opinion and don't be rude...also, before you take your next round of shots of your interior, use a vacuum. It'll help...a lot.

guitarchan, you might as well close this topic. I think you got all the positive answers you're going to get. This topic has turned into a debate of forum etiquette at this point. Your car is fine. I like it, those doors something you don't see everywhere. I'm sure it turns a lot of heads. People forget that this is a hobby not enjoyed by the general public, so I'm sure you get some good reactions. And don't worry if they (the general public) are wrong, because vacivic has assured us that everyone with taste and an awesome opinion is sitting here in front of a computer typing.

You know what makes me different from you? my steering wheel is from an EP3, ugly? i guess honda made a BIG mistake by putting them on every DC5/EP3? blacked out interior? my interior is 95% OEM, the same goes for my car, i have done everything possible to my car to keep a subtle and OEM look. my car is a daily driver, i haven't modded it for you to drool at when you see me in the street, it's a comfortable simple car. my hatch on the other hand, that's one you'll drool over when i pass you - but that's on another subject.

sorry i didn't buy a carpet cleaner before i posted pics for you to see. my wheels were $300 - got them for a steal - until i get my next set of wheels. plain? what do you want? a polished lip? been there, done that. maybe you want something exciting, like spinners? sorry, i'm not one to throw crap like that on my car.

i could careless what you think of me, i'm hispanic and listening to "metal" music is the furthest thing you could say about how i am and what i do. it just seems like you dont have anything to say about anything and you turn to making stuff up to "keep up" with a response.

your car looks like it is funded by ebay and came straight out of the fast and the furious. i'll give you a suggestion, sell your ricer gear and put your car back to stock - you'll do many of us a favor. why do you think people (mainly domestic owners) hate honda owners? because of people who think ebay is the best place to buy things for their car. now do you want to have a beer?
