well TRIZ its actually all stock struts and springs

the low profile tires and contour of the ground might be giving it the illusion its lower than stock.

I'm almost 90% sure now that I will be going with Tokico Blues on H&R springs it will lower it 1.3" to 1.6" from what I am hearing.
