Thank you all for the comments.
I tested the Si back in March last year and fell in love with it; the exterior was never an issue to me really.
TRIZ, for now, maybe tints and a SRI to start..the car is pretty loaded already with everything it's got and handles great even stock..
beadebaserr, yes I took the 04 to a dealership and they gave close to $10K for it, gotta love Honda's high value for all their cars..
Jonhold, the Si is expensive no doubt, but well worth everything it comes with..
shinobi, the e-brake bothers a bit at first, but you get used to it, and it's actually very convenient where it's placed..
I will make another thread soon with parts I have left from the 04.

Sorry for the late reply guys,
Eeeech, the ne Si is "a whole new car" in every sense of the word. The suspension comes already stiffer than the rest of the civics, and it handles pretty nice too, although it has some oversteer which can be corrected with the so many parts out for it already. It's a pretty fast car, that K20Z3 rocks! I love Vtech..lol
goodtimes, do it..you won't regreat it. My car had 54k miles when I traded it in.
PD Chico, like I said man, I liked this car from the moment I drove it. And Taffeta White is the best color for the new civic imo..had to wait almost a month for it though..every dealer seems to have all the colors except that one.
Thanks again for the comments.
