Rep Power: 0 Coupes and baby seats
I have a coupe and I know the backseat is tiny. I have a baby on the way and was wondering if I should start looking for a sedan. Does anyone here have any problems with a car seat in their coupe? I have had my nephew in the back once an it was a very big pain to get him in an out. Any suggestions?

Rep Power: 244 When we bought the coupe for my wife I asked if she would be able to maneuver with the baby coming soon. "Oh yeah, no problem" she said. Then after Michael comes along it's "Man this car is small!" So after wrecking my truck, I inherited the coupe and she got an Accord sedan. Much more room and easier to work with. I replaced a speaker in the back of my coupe a few days ago and could barely move around. So yeah, I would highly recommend stepping up to a sedan, just not sure if there is any more room in the back of a Civic sedan.

Rep Power: 307 its not that bad. I was saying the same thing. Its not prefered, but managable. its smoething u can deal with. just take the car seat in and out, not the baby all the time. if u r gonna take the baby out everytime, forget it. Put the base in or not, kid goes in seat, and snap in the seat to the anchors. Not hard. and u are on your way. people deal with smaller cars than our all the time.

Rep Power: 0 Yeah, that's what I was thinking. There is room, but it's going to be really annoying trying to get the baby in and out all the time. An M5 would be awesome, but that is way out of the price range. I may start looking into an accord or a fit. I don't really know how well a fit holds a car seat either. They seem roomy but it may still be small.

I have a 6 year old sister. I have pretty much raised her taking her to places every since she was like 2. Lemme tell u ur coupe is fine. There is more than enough room. All the sedan enable u is so getting ur kid in and out isnt a pain in the ***. Other than that u should be good to go. If u have any more q just lemme know.

Rep Power: 0 Lets see before I was born my dad had a Dauhtsun 280 Z and my Mom had a Trans AM. They sold both cars for a Ford TaurASS. So as long as its not a Ford you should consider yourself lucky... Granted Im only 17 and not in touch with the world but whatever
