I got horrible news today!!!
3 months ago I ordered a set of advan rgII's 15x7 in white. Today I recieved news from mackin industries that the boat carrying my rims sank, along with several hundred other sets.

They should be calling me back within a few days because it seems there trying to source a place in the US to make the rims to there specs.

I still can't believe it.

ya I wouldn't...ask for proof...like a news article or something.
although yokohama has actually started making there own rims, mackin industries has been making the majority of there rims.

also there trying to source a place in the us because supposedly over 400 sets of rims were lost, that mean over 400 customers now pissed off.

Several months back, a ship carrying a crap load of cars. Yes I said cars, not just rims, sank in the ocean. I'm pretty sure someone else has heard this story. If a ship carrying cars can sink, I'm pretty sure a ship carrying rims can sink.

I have heard of them loosing containers but entire ships? that doesn't make sense....
If they had to they could 'fly' the parts over!! happens all the time, how do you think people get parts for thier porsches and ferraris within three days

people with that kinda money pay people to dance to the beat of their drum, now for civic owners... we'll put up with a wait if we dont have to pay shipping and can get it at a discount.

We DO drive ECONOMY cars... lol.

Oh, my roomie was on the swim team in HS... wonder if he could pick us up a few sets, i'll have to ask him when he wakes up. haha.
