I picked up the police report today...I was hit by a 46 year old driving a 1976 Chevy Blazer. His insurance company still won't talk to mine...so i don't know what's up.....

Well the adjuster finally looked at my car. They are fixing my car instead of totalling it... $5,000 worth of damage on a car valued at $9,000.

But I finally had enough of the bull **** and called the other guys insurance again, told them I needed to talk to a supervisor. I told them that I have been without a car for the last two weeks, and the body shop is gonna take 2 weeks minimum to fix it. They said "well what do you want us to do about it?" I said either you can get me a rental car by the end of business today...or you can talk to my lawyer about it tomorrow. He put me on hold for about 5 minutes and then came back on and said I had a reservation at Enterprise.

They gave me a 2006 Chevy Impala as my rental.

So I assume that you got yourself a lawyer then? I hope it all works out good for you and take it easy so you dont pull those muscles anymore then they allready are.
