my dad has a dealer license so i got access to some private dealer auctions, and i found this, its going down tommorow. Im picking it up to part out because its irrepairable (cant be registered). Im gonna be using the engine for my swap, but its auto and my car is 5 spd so i need a manual rsx tranny still.

My dad says it will probably go around 5 grand. let me know what y'all think. I dont think its Type S (automatic transmission) so im having doubts about doing the swap with this. I got a local seller sellign type S engine for $1600 CDN so i might go with that.

Didn't he said he'd be getting the whole car? crap you could buy that whole car and partt everytihng out, headlights, engine, seats, bunch of crap and make your money back
what is wrong with the car now?? its says it was repaired in error. you may be able to purchase the car and sell it for some profit if the price is right. i cant believe that some dumb shop repaired it when they werent supposed to. if the frame is straight you cuold also just part it out for some cash to ehp with your swap. utilize some parts and sell the rest
you cant sell the car its irrepairable, that means cant be registered. The previosu shop fixed it thinking it was salvage or not branded. The car went for about 4k CDN i think, i missed it, when i got back to my computer auction was done
