first of all heres my car :




I know you guys always do this for people and are probably sick of it but please i need your opinions.

What Size Rims Should i get..

17" for the ride?
18" for the style?

is there a good chance 18's will bend??
do i loose alot of power with 18's as opposed to 17"s?
and what style should i get...

gun metal ? chrome ? silver? black?

i vote either
black or gun metal, depends on your liking.

i have 18s and thin tires, and they havent bent. lol
if you get 18s just make sure you have thicker tire and be cautious of potholes.

16s or 17s for the ride.
If u drive like crap 18s will probably bend on thin tires.
I find it hard enough to get going with my 17s.

no chrome at all get solid black, black with a chrome lip or bronze in 17" or 18" I have 18" with thin tires also and i went over some pretty bad pot holes in NYC and New Jersey and they didnt bend at all...thankfully

Dont buy from wheelmax....too many problems. almost took them 2 weeks for them to start working on my tires/rims. and there customer service sucks, they dont know anything. So i ended up canceling and buying my rims/tires from discount tire. alot better with lifetime warranty, and free lifetime with rotation and balancing on the rims and tires. And i heard that wheelmax's rims bend easier? I dunno, something 'bout weaker metal. Those rims looks nice but dont go cheap on rims or tires cuz then you'll end up going through many sets. So do it right the first time.

Very nice clean slate to work with!! I would go with 18" wheels to start off with. Those ones you are looking at are cheap and you get what you pay for...IMO.

You could go black like mine...


Or you could go Gold like this...(these are the rim I will go with next maybe)

wow the gold does look nice.. but im going with a green black color scheme, and i think the gold would not go with it all. i like the black on black like the picture of your car above. where did you shop? and how much were they?

Yeah no problem! I got mine at a local shop (Discount Tire) for a $1200 (yeah it’s not the best price but its good enough) for a set of 5 rims and tires with all full warranties. I am not against but wont do the over the internet buying for wheels and tires. Because if I get a nail or flat tire I can go back to a physical store and get a new tire with out waiting two week for a new one to ship in. Then go get the tire put on by someone else then $$. Discount Tire is on every corner where I live so it easy to access.

If you go back and forth with to two different wheel/tire shops getting quotes and showing them what the other shop quoted. You will find your self cutting down the price slowly but surely. Hopefully I have helped a little. Good luck!
