well for me i bought them used and they only came with some clips. I contacted honda and they said they only sell them with the side skirts 
but i was able to put them on securly without some

my skirts were missing like 4 clips each...if i didnt tell the seller to give me them i wouldve gotten none...no idea why tho

Rep Power: 476 lazy and i dont have anything to bend metal, plus i didnt have a template because the ones that were missing i didnt have any....too late now but i hope the paint doesnt come off when i peel off the double sided tape
