data logging

My brother has a 2006 subaru legacy gt... he downloaded a program that allows him to log all data from the ECU. through the OBDII port. The program was free, but is only specific to subaru vehicles....

This program shows air/fuel ratio, boost pressure, intake and exhaust temps, etc. totalling about 30 item to read, and record to an excel format.

Is there any program like that for our cars??

i never said it had a USB port. the OBD plug goes to a female serial plug, then he bought an adapter that is a male serial plug to a USB port. I short, yes it connects to the USB port.

With this program you can monitor EVERYTHING from EGT's to coolant temp, oil pressure, knock sensor, etc... Nobody knows of anything like this for our cars???????
