happy birthday to me :( PICS ADDED OF WRECK PG 2
July 6, I was pulling out of my street to go to walmart, looked both ways was sure i had a clearing, then all of a sudden BAM! A big chevy truck with one of those big metal bumber guards hit me, driver side.
I spun into a ditch and my head hit the window so hard. I had to get taken away in an ambulance.
Im pretty sure my civic is totalled. I didint get hit on the door but the front left fender and my hood is all bent up, rim cracked, chassis all twisted.
Its so weird getting into a car wreck. you think itll never happen to you but then It does.
I was in the hospital from 5 to 12:30. Nothing major though just head trauma and a cut on my ankle, thank god.
It wasnt fun finnaly turning 18 (july 7th is my birthday) in a hospital lol
Ill post some pics up soon.

Im going to the shop today and take some pics of the damage
My ankle isnt that bad lol, but ill get a pic of that too, its a tiny cut but it hurts like hell.

Happy birthday man...sorry about the accident....Look on the bright side though, atleast you didn't aren't spending your 21st in the hospital, that would really suck.

Fail to yield at a private intersection.
This happened at the front of my street also, not even 200 yards from my house.
I pulled up and sat for about a minute, then thought i had a clearing to pull out but guess not. I overlooked him i guess but it was foggy and raining and the guy didnt have his lights on, plus he had a grey truck.

Rep Power: 0 sorry to hear that man... here in NC, it is the LAW to have your headlights on if your windshield wipers are on, is that a law where you are? see if that's a law where you are, maybe that will help if this goes to court
