a turbocharged emblem even tho i wasnt turbo, tinted headlight film, DOHC vtec sticker because i was also car-tarted, a performance chip from ebay
and i think thats it....i wanna kill myself for actually thinking that stuff looked good

Also M3 style side mirrors with led's on the side that blinks when I turn on the blinker. For going with the M3 mirrors with side leds it cost me my power mirrors, now the leds dont work and stuck with manual mirrors
what year is your civic and what company did you go through for your projectors. I went through a company called eagle and my angel eye+projector headlights are awesome, easily twice as bright as my stock lamps.

the worst was a HKS-A (anybody ever heard of this? me either lol) down pipe from a member on this board when i first joined. it made my car sound like a billion beez flying around in a tin can. lol. got rid of that only a few months ago
but now im back to the stock downpipe and i love the sound i have now

Humm the dummest mod i did.. wow thats too easy to see now!!! Modding my D17A2 by adding a DC race header, Ingin Cold Air Itake, and apexi World II exshast. I see now i should have just save that money, put it else where in my car IE interior or ep3 rear breaks, and then got the K20A a lot sooner. Sheesh How could i have been sooo dumb?

when i think on this a little more dumbest mod ever was modding the civic. For the same amount of money that i have in the civic i could have done 2 other options. 1)99 integra LS for 7k, did a head swap, tranny swap, and boosted it rims, suspension, and system. 2)01 WRX wagon for 11k, rims, suspension, system, and a few pefromance parts.

i regret my projectors, thank god i got rid of them. I also had these retarded window visors that i actually kept for a good year or two. There is a long list of things i regret doing to my car, but theyve been reversible or minor things that you just HAVE to do in order to learn.(ie. CUTTING wires, breaking interior panels, losing the white clips that hold our interiors together, etc.) It seems that for every mod ive done wrong (mainly suspension), ive simply replaced it with something better and kicked myself for trying to do it the cheap way first, rather than the right way. The most recent series of things ive regretted was during the planning stages of my turbo setup. I kept buying things, then changing my mind, selling/returning them and taking a hit. If i had planned more carefully and been sure about what i wanted, i couldve saved alot of time and money. I think this is a big advantage kit buyers have over first-time builders.
My mistakes are using spray paint for my interior panels instead of a dye which I still need to take off. And having the wrong friend help w/ sub install letting him loose w/ a razor blade to run the wire through the firewall. $275 later I had my cruise control back
edit: painting interior using the wrong kind of paint and now having to take it all back off

the bounciest e-bay springs-replaced with sprint springs and koni struts
you might say removing my stock wing and just waiting for my buddy to fill the 5 holes and shave the door handles, but nothing looks worse than a wing/spoiler on a sleeper

my lip kit.
front lip was fine but it created holes in the bumper where it's not supposed to..
side lip was bad because the installer (f*ckhead) forced the installed by drilling into my car under body....
rear lip was worse because the damn thing was supposed to be sedan lip....the installer drilled into my coupe bumper and the damn lip didn't look right..
