how much should..
You're going to be flamed for not searching this. but anywhere from 180-400 depending on how you manage to get it done and where you take it, and if the shop does all the work including alignments.
Talk them down a bit, or get another shop to beat their quote. Depending on how long your stock shocks last, you might or might not have to have the job done again for strut replacement.
Depending on exactly what brands you get you shoulld get......springs, shocks & install (tokico & tein) OR springs, camber kit, and install.

450? gtfo of their. unless its parts included.
search on this forum on springs and see what you come up with. buy it on your own and have the shop do just labor. for springs on all 4, it should be from 100-250 depending how fancy of the shop is.

Too much.
You can get used springs for $100 Shipped.
Install with local 7thgen member in 3 hours at most with basic tools.
You can rent spring compressor from autozone for free.
Learn from experience, don't take it to shop.
