Need Some Opinions

Alright, im stuck at a predicament and I need to come to a conclusion soon because Im about to get the money ready before it disappears. I kno for sure that im going to lower my car...no question about that...also going to diy my headlights black...

..but, I dunno what else i should do along with that....I want to put a lip kit on my car (full RS kit)....at the same time I want to get a set of 16" Royal Gun Metallic Rota GT3s....it doesnt matter to me which one I get but im still stuck here at which I should choose first....and plus I can only afford one or the other option...

So far, the only thing ive done to my car is tinted windows, yellow Nokya's for my headlight, oem fogs, and an AEM V2 cai on my 2002 Titanium Metallic Civic LX 4dr

So what do you guys think?....should I:

A - Lower my car, RS grill, and get the RS Lip Kit
-or-
B - Lower my car, RS grill, and get a set of 16" Royal Gun Metallic Rota GT3

cool, i can see where this is goin, lol....

This is NOT my car....this is 7thgencivic.com memeber Caquinde's car....his car is the same color as mine....this is what my car could look like....he has about the same drop I want and also, he has 15" gt3s on his....I want 16" gt3s on mine...

wow, not a single person chose the lip kit.....aight, the rims are in....should be getting all the money together sometime within the next 3-4 weeks....ill be sure to post up pics.....thanks for everyones input!
