your opinion on Springs

hey guys i was looking for some good lowering springs, and im tied between Progress and TEIN anyone with either of these please give me your opinion on them. there similar in price and i want the best quality and ride for the money. Or if you have experience witha diff brand let me know, and pics are welcome...

i got a set of H&R springs and damn i love them...the ride quality is soft and comfortable

well apparently asking for help is worthless, im new to this site, was trying to get info from real people, if i wanted to find out info using the search i would have. but hey im new, kick me off of here, im not getting any help from here anyways, so this will be my last post i guess...

Tein, H&R, Progress and Eibach are all great springs.
You may want to invest in Shocks too while you're at it, since if you lower on Stock Shocks, they're going to blow in a short period of time. Might as well consider doing the labour once.
