Rear Defrost + Tint ?

Since we are starting to get some snow, just wondering if it's ok to use the rear defrost with the tint.

I've had my tint for a couple of hard winters and had no problems using the defrost.

It will actually help. When you first get the tint on, it is a good idea to run your defrost to remove the bubbles. And if you had the tint put on using water, it helps to get the water out. I had 2% metallic red put on with water and the defrost helped alot.

I'm from Cape Breton. You are in N.B. I usually go to the Fun Run in Shediac.

If you run your deforst it will allow the tint to dry and connect faster. I have had 6% on my EX for about 4 months with the defrost running and I havent had a problem

I worried about the tint too... my last car the tint was peeling and had lines that appeared "burned in" and I thought it was from the defroster. When I had my new ex tinted at the dealer they said it was fine to use it. Most times you don't see cars with rear defrost and ruined tint. On the other car it was probably a crappy tint job to begin with.
