Sorry, this needs to go in the Members Ride section I guess. Just installed the VM9510 TV/DVD screen which is probably the best all around for under 1500. Just a night shot so I need to get some pics of it in the day time.

I'm sorry to say man but that Jensen is by far not the best for under $1500. Anyone can get the Alpine IVA-D310 or the Pioneer AVIC-N2 for under that. I can get the AVIC-N2 for $1250.00 installed and it has DVD Navigation. The Alpine i can get for $1050.00. Sorry to bust your bubble. I'm not trying to be an *** but you might wanna research that stuff a little better. You could have got a better one for cheaper.

/\ If you have access to the internet and www.ebay.com then you are as fortunate as me. lol.....But my shop who does all my work can get the Alpine and Pioneer for me all day long under $1500. If you can't get someone to do the same then go to ebay. EBAY is your friend!

I'm just talking about picture quality. Theres not a whole lot of features on this TV/DVD player. It plays DVD's and the Radio thats about it. I got this off a friend who bought it new over the summer and wanted to upgrade to NAV.

I looked at a few Alpine and Kenwoods before I bought this off my friend because I'm not a fan of Jensen and the picture quality was the same. I'm not wanting anybody to pat me on the back or anything I just thought I'd post up a pic of my DVD player and tell people its a good buy for the prices.

for realz...this is pretty lame...you over-payed for your head unit and nobody really cares what the movie is, so you might as well tell us and move on...and the vid quality really doesn't look all that great. like drew said, ebay is your friend

Over the summer I went to a car audio store with my cousin to look at these dvd players and I have to say I was comparing the jensen unit with the touch screen kenwood and the picture quality on the jensen unit was way better. But what do I know about these things, all I care about is performance not audio equipment. Good luck with it.

Okay guys, just got back from Best Buy and looked at all the units. Pioneer AVIC-N2, Pioneer AVH-5700DVD, Alpine IVA-D310, Kenwood, and the Jenson. This is how i would rate them in Picture quality.

Alpine hands down is better, maybe it was just brighter picture.

then the Jensen and the Pioneer AVH-5700 were close.

Sorry man, Jensen just isn't a great quality unit for any price. You would have been better off buying the Clarion VRX755VD and had a much better picture and features all together and come out with money left over.

Geez, talk about hatin.. Did you check and see how much those units installed was?

Hatin on my TV because I got a deal, you all don't even know how much I got it for yet you think I got it for the 700 dollars Circuit City. I got it practically brand new for 275 installed with my dash kit. Still going to be a *** and hate? Go spend 1200+ on your alpine and I'll still like mine more. All I was stating was it was a great TV/DVD player for the price, esp the price I got it..

Want to hate on my HFP kit? Maybe I should take some pictures of that too so you can hate on it. Want to tell me I overpaid on that too because I bought the car for NADA retail value but it came with a 3k dollar kit.

Anyways, most of these post on here are just hating. I just thought I'd post up a little pic of what I got and tell people how good it looks. Which is does, you need to get your eyes checked.

Hatin? LOL, far from it buddy. I'm far from hatin on it. Jensen has NEVER been known for car audio. I would rather save my $275 and buy something better. HFP kit isn't bad so no one will be hatin on that. You asked for an opinion and we gave it. Learn to take criticism, you come onto a forum showing off your headunit and saying "It is probably the best all around for under 1500", I'm telling you that its not even close to being the best.
