stock ex times in 1/4

ok new to the civic scene. had a 94 z since 1999 that i've spent all my $$$ on so i have the make everything faster buzz. gf bought a 2004 civic ex. peppy car but was wondering what i could expect out of it in a 1/4. thinking about modding it and was wondering if it was going to make much diff. with cai and header. also how restrictive is the stock exhaust? not into the loud import exhaust.

Intake, header & exhaust don't help our cars much. Probably single digit whp gains.

Power wise - turbo or engine swap are the best bang for the buck.
Handling can be improved a lot. At least it can be fast in the corners
