yah I wish she did also, oh i forgot that we only have TOPS in LA. Its a scholarship from the state. Some guy started it a long time ago or something. I think it mean Tuition Opportunity Program for Students. Like if you make a certain score on your ACT test, and have good grades, then they give you money. Like 1200 a semester or 1400 or 1600 depending on your ACT score. And you have to make a certain GPA to keep it, then if you dont, you lose it for a semster and get it back if you bring GPA back up. So yah I am pissed!! ohh and if it couldnt get any better, the guy i was getting the taillights from got rear-ended for a F350!!

its ur chasis (spelling??) code on ur car its how alot of car people classify their cars... look at ur vin # and it should be the first three combo after i believe the first two letters or digits, I believe? maybe someone can back me up on that though.
