Yeah, parting out is the way to go, potential buyers see mods as a message that says loud and clear: "This car belonged to some kid who beat the crap out of it and did God knows what to it mechanically."
lol yeh when I sold my RSX it had mods on it and the guy who bought it only had one test RIDE in it and never had a mechanic look at it. Thank god cause there was a giant leak in the Cat and some bolts that hold the bumper on missing up front.

Well i am going to decide by the end of today if i am going to be parting it out or what. I hate to do it but i think its time for a change. I just have to buy something fast instead of making it quick. I really want a s2k or supra or something nice and fast already
A S2k would be a nice little fun car. A supra on the other hand is going to cost you some major $$$ for anything that is nice. Big money in upkeep as well.
Might want to consider along with the S2k.. 350z.. in that price range, the Z is a pretty badass car.. If you haven't ever thought about getting one before, atleast take a drive in one before you commit to a purchase. Harsh ride, but it's a sportscar. It might not be the choice for you, but it's certainly worth taking a spin in!
You live in the right area for that kind of car too.. I assume you don't see a lot of snow in AZ.
As for selling your car.. clean it up really well, and try posting it on ebay. Sometimes, ebay will get you some good bucks for your vehicle. Ofcourse, make sure you have a reserve set to what ever is the minimum you will take for it as-is. If you don't get any serious buyers on there, then perhaps try parting it out. There might be a guy out there looking for your car though.. ya never know.

I don't like the evo. If i got a sports car it would be the s2k or 350z nothing less nothing more the supra would be nice also but i also thought about how much it would be to fix it up
