looks like i know what im doing when i paint headlight housing black... i got some sockets from password when they did my sidemarkers then sent wiring harness and the sidemarkers but no sockets so i bought mine from honda and made password send me mine so i can fit something in my head light :-D

I think installing them is similar to putting in strobes in you headlights....

^^ werd...i've been dying to know how to do this...i have a better idea tho...

on ur stock headlights drill a small hole for the size of an LED usually a wedge base lets say from a w5w or 168/194 bulb...

get a socket with wires than connect tap splice it into the parking lights and ground (red and black wires) than when the parking lights are on and u have the LED in place it'll light up the housing

its called city lights. they've been around forever and all it is, is basically a sidemarker wiring harness without the sidemarkers. and yes you can get them in blue, just change out the bulb...

now someone rep me, damnit.
its a guud point, however, from someone who's tried it and done it, that wont work, the sockets arent long enough. And theres not really a big enough lip to stop any water from comming in, the ones i used are long enough to make it through the back black plastic and the "chrome" headlight piece and also keeps all moisture out. All the stuff that you gave is perfect for older vics, unfortunately, it wont fly so well with ours.

the socket i used was more like this



only the socket part was longer,
