good lookin out man and yes like i said in the pic, because of how much detail my cam pics up, u can see the orange peel, but im tellin u if u see it in person, u'd have no idea. There isa reason why its not painted.... just paintin the roof out of the blue is a big step and just like u said 200 bux! i got this done for free. so i got it done to make sure i like it and i'll leave it that way for awhile and then when i get my CF hood and trunk make sure things are going well and then get it painted.... but, there is a method behind my madness.
I just burnt my tongue

ok here are some more pics, sorry they ddint come out all that well... plus on top of that i wasnt able to find a wall to park by so that i could get a full shot of the top. i'll do that some time during the week.

and leave the sticker alone... its promoting the sticker guy that makes all the stickers for me.... he's the shizznit.... dont u wish people were reppin a sticker that had ur face on it ?

and heres one just cuz...

and what i meant to say before... yes it is vinyl so of corse ur not gonna get the REAL PAINT look... but i think its better because the color will go well with the cf hood and trunk.

Thats really nice, i may do the same now that it looks good, it will match the CF hood and trunk i'm gonna get.
Oh my god dude, I JUST thought about doing the same thing to my 02 Vic. Black roof, carbon fiber hood/trunk (paint them black for continuity and maybe a little extra protection), only I was going to extend the strip down to the front and back bumper covers. The scheme dawned upon me while basking in the glow of my new Enkei OR52's. The whole, black/silver thing just makes me excited. What gave you your idea? Just curious.

thanx again everyone .... and racoon assasin... what gives me my idea? not really sure, i konw ive seen black tops on older gens and it looks sick as hell so i decided to try it.... at first i was gonna paing my whole top side of the car black, including all the pillars and everything, but then when i moved here one of my friends already had that on his... so i didnt wanna do the same thing.... so after thinkin and thinkin finally i decided to just do the roof and when i have my CF hood and trunk it will look even sweeeeeter!
again thanx everyone, its always good to here what other think, wether good or bad.

looks good man. i was also thinking about getting black vinyl also to see if i like it or not. its alot cheaper then getting it painted and realizing you made a mistake.
