Rep Power: 388 I would guess that you have to worry about the width of the car and the mounting points of the spoiler. It might fit, but not be quite as flush with the side like it is on the tsx.

Rep Power: 787 if it were me, I would be on the way to acura dealer to measure the wing and then measure the civic to see how close it comes.
