if your sway bar is hanging loose underneath your car then you need to get it replaced! Either order one off ebay cheap or go to the dealership and pay full price! You should not do alot of driving without a properly secure sway bar! If you must drive with it loose, take it easy and dont make hard turns or corner really fast! It's not as big a deal as say cutting your brake line and loosing hydraulics but it shouldn't be left like that for an extended period of time!

Depends on where you get it from! If you are gonna replace the sway bar you might as well get an aftermarket one that is thicker and stronger! Run a search on yahoo and will pull up dozens of results!
