Present for myself
I recently sold a condo I had in the Poconos. With the profit (~30,000) I was able to pay off credit card debt and student loans, and bought myself a little something.

Yeah, yeah I know a lot of people are buying them, but I haven't seen any around here

the car in my sig was my 02 civic lx, which i lost on january 5th,
a month later i got my 01 civic ex.
