4.57 gears installed!
I got the 4.57 richmond gear installed and WOW. 2nd gear feels like 1st gear used to be. it's very responsive and much quicker. it's an amazing bang for the buck mod. I also got the comptech diff installed right away too.
I can't wait to put some miles on and break them in. there is some gear whine, but it's not overbearing IMO. My invidia exhaust is still louder.
This mod is awesome and so far it's made me grin as though it was my first day driving the S.
It pulls hard down low in every gear, and I "raced" another S2k in a quick pull off the line to 6000rpm in 1st gear.
just in that 0-20 stint, I put a car length on him. woot.
I cant WAIT to bust this thing WOT!

Rep Power: 269 He changed the final gear of the transmission. A whole car from 0-20mph is an awesome improvement! The other driver must have been like damn!

Rep Power: 375 Well the M3 is a low 13 second car. With just these gears, owners are getting 13.1 in the 1/4 mile. so its possible.
