My new baby! (pics page 2)
Another 7th gen gone. I traded up to a 2005 Accord EX coupe. It's black w/ black perf leather, 6-speed close-ratio MT, 240hp VTEC V6, XM radio/6-disc in-dash, tint, spoiler, foglights, heated/power seats (well, 2 heated, 1 power), dual climate zones, etc.

I got $9k in trade for the 'vic (2001 EX coupe, 43k miles, mods in profile).

I'd post pics but it's just another accord, you know what they look like (beautiful!).

So I guess this is goodbye for the most part. Thanks for the occasional info...and all the laughs for the proliferent

btw, I'd recommend the accord to everyone.

^^ my friend has a 2000, i like how the back end looks; however, in the front and on the sides, my 2005 looks wayyyyyy better. we had 'em side-by-side last night. plus, mine has 17" rims (the 2000 16" rims are UGLY), and all the interior goodies....no contest.

nice upgrade.. you went from an underpowered car to a car with decent power.... hows the acceleration on that? Must be fun with a manual transmisison.

i don't have the hang of shifting yet...1st gear goes by real fast. but yeah, it's a rocket compared to the civic. i just took it out and drove around campus (purdue), cause it's nice out, but that's cruising speed (20mph usually).

i love xm radio!

in other news, i took the interstate to work today, i let up off the gas at 130mph , my exit was coming up. it has a lot of (v)room left to go...i don't think i'll be finding out what the top speed is.

get an OEM kit for it, they make me wish i had an Accord, especially the rear lip, looks too good with the dual exhaust
