Bad collision center

So heres my story.....
Three weeks ago we had a bad hail storm here and my car ended up getting 5000 dollars with of damage. After sobbing for a week, I finally took it to dent wizards and they said it was to bad to pop out all the dents. So i preceded to a honda recommend CC. 19 days later this is what i get.

First off, all the rubber seal around the doors is not even in the grooves right or its missing. They left off all the emblems and handed them to me when i picked up the car. And for some reason they ended up replacing my front windsheild, which i guess is cool cause the old one had a lot nic's in it, but it bothers me that they didnt mention it. And to top it off they missed the position of the spoiler by more that an inch. It looks rediculous. I talked with the manger and he says that i need to get him a picture off how the spoliers suspose to sit, So that they can fix it.

How can a collision center that specializes in hondas be this bad?

ya well shops aren't gonna go into detail for everything, as long as it looks similar to what it was before. I had some things like that after they fixed mine, but it's mostly hidden stuff.

a shop would never agree to that. legally they are allowed a second chance or two (correct me if im wrong but ive heard that). shops HATE when someone tries to send a bill to them from another shop for work that they messed up cus they get suspicious and all this crap. its as bad as when you go to a place to get it repaired and bring them all parts that youve bought (ex. people have brought suspension components and even bushings and other dumb tings just cus they think they are saving money. a tip is never do this cus most shops get pissed that u did it and since they arent making profit off of parts they will charge you more for the job itself...you wont know most of the time)
