I'd either get a NICE Suspension Set Up (cuz stock susp. sucks)

or invest for a nice sound system

It depends on what his motives are, Personally I would finish building my suspension. But he may want a nice show car, with a nice sound system. Or he may want a fast car. I would say buy an exhaust, and maybe some little things, but do not buy an intake or a header. It'll be a waste of money if you want to turbo your car.

waste of money to buy that when turboing, but if he wanted to go fast for agrand, he could get, i/h/e/nitrous. hehe. But I would personally do suspension over that, and boost over spray.

na...bad idea....stereos just get stolen out of vics especially if its a nice one...put ur money into suspension..much harder to steal...
