^^ is your lip polyurethane?? i bought one and tried to fit it on, but it didnt fit! did you leave it out in the sun to be more bendable??
i got fed up and went and got a 04-05 version of it. (its only available at some stores)
i stil have the 99-00 lip in my trunk.. if you can help me.. i'd put that one on instead. thanks!

04 civic with dc header; magnaflow exhaust; v2 intake; rear disc brake conversion; tein s/s kit; 19" Konig chrome prophets; 215/35 bfg's; shaved trunk; alpine flip up w/ i-pod hookup; 2 arc audio amps; 2 12" JL W3's soon to be W6's in custom box; custom molded fiberglassed door with JL evoulution 5.25 set
lots of time in these; optima battery; 0/gauge wiring for system with no drilling or hacking done
; splits off to 4 guage to the amps in the trunk; everything hid for the component set underneath each seat; all wires hid; windshield tinted 50%
not good at night; all others tinted 10 or 15% can't member; i think that is all.

, does Buddy Club 2 make an official kit for the 04-05 for sure or are they knock offs, I seen a member on here with one, 'Smurf' something or another but then seen he had sold it to I believe the guy that started this topic?? Any info would be awesome, Prices, and website, thanks, pm cause i'm not on here that much to check.

Anyways, i didnt do anything to fit it on really .. it's ALMOST perfect fit and yes it's polyurethane.
I got it from the store and went to my friend's place (like 2 mins away) and installed right away. Just need one person holding it while screwing it in.
The plastic is really bendable on its own .. like holding it straight .. it'll curve.
Good luck putting it on, shouldn't be hard if it's PU.
, keep up the good work and let us know when that kswap is coming in. mine should be in by the end of summer 
looks HOT dude... where are you located? not in states I'm assuming. Why can't we get side folding mirrors?
