Nope, drill two holes (one on each side) then just push the fogs in from the front...and bolt them on to the bumper.

To tell you the truth, I used to have the OEM shocks + Drop zones springs (which i HATED)... and since I replace those for Tokico blues + TEIN S-techs... the ride feels incredibly smooth. I don't know if its the feeling I get after having a much more stiffer suspension (those drop zones were the crap), or what... but I can definitely say that this new setup feels AWESOME. Hope it helps
