take the bulbs out, use a hair dryer to blow all the moisture out of the TYCs and reseal with silicone.

yea my passenger headlight likes to fog also even when i resealed that damn thing twice. but my driver side headlight is perfect(never fogs) but other than my problem, nice ride@!
