Sick!
Question: Once you take off the stock steering wheel... how did you take off that one plug in the steering coloum that gets in the way of the new hub? It won't pull out.

nice looking wheel.
i dont think its illegal, might vary from state to state though. what is illegal is trying to sell a car that has no airbags but that was equipped with factory airbags to begin with, so you couldnt sell our cars without the factory steering wheel on it.

Anyway, I don't mind not having a spare tire - or trunk for that matter - but there's no way I'd put style over function on that level in a daily driver. Accidents happen, and I'll take a potentially life-saving safety feature over a "pimp" looking wheel.

but at least you would die looking cool
LOL, it does look nice, but I never understood the point of making modifications that only other Civic owner would be able to spot. It seems like a waste of time, money, and effort.

I did it in 30 minutes man not hard at all...Take off the screws from the side with a T-30 Torx, pull off the horn gently, disconnect the cruise control harness. The wheel needs a good pull..use some muscle, then tuck the rest of the wires into the hub. Basically thats it...make sure to let your battery set for about an hour before and after install.

It looks really clean in ur car
