Trading for a manual?

hey guys i have an auto 2k1 ex civic. since my parents bought it for me i didnt have a choice on manual or auto. well, they paid the first 2 payments and now its completely mine. right now i am financing it and i have an extended warranty, however i want to trade it in for a manual. how does this work.?
i owe money for this car and i wanna trade it for another? can my warranty be transfered? is it worth it? auto is BORING
i wanna trade it for one witht he same mileage around 30-33 k..
