i know it takes YEARSSS to get from 90 - 120 in a civic with 100~ whp.

So really you needed to crawl to that speed, and it takes a large mount of road.

yup. that it does. i live in Orlando and i go off to Tampa quite often with my 01 EX 5 speed coupe and ive done 120-126mph max so far on like a 5 mile stretch of 10-12 lane road a lil past Lakeland i believe. its WIDE OPEN roads and so long as you have a good eye and a good God lookin' out for you, it can be done. i have a cell pic to prove that as well. however, im @ work and i dont have access to it at the moment. but yah 120+++ is very time-consuming to get to. all i have is the AEM CAI and a MeganRacing axle-back exhaust...LoL! feels fun to go that fast and safe in a Civic of all things. hah!

no way you can do 150 on a civic. Even with my nitrous, I can only go 115 with 4th gear and in 5th I can go 130 til 6500 rpms. I am also able to do 85 with the nitrous, but I usually never spray on third because that gear has the most powerband.

Cool. I didn't know our cars could go that fast because of the governor or whatever, cool, just be careful. I remember back in 1989 my folks came out to visit me in germany they rented an audi, and dad took a picture of the speedo right at 200 KPH, and cars were still passing us. Just be really careful though your stock civic isn't made to go that fast and our roads suck, lose control, and you will die, you may even kill someone else.
